With my gift as an Usui Reiki Master, I have the ability to channel energy to you to help boost your ability to heal yourself. Reiki helps your whole person, mind, body, and spirit to heal from the inside out. The healing energy of Reiki is powerful on its own, or it can be enhanced with the use of crystal energy. Reiki can also be sent from a distance so there isn’t a need to travel!

Being a sound healer, I often pair metal singing bowls with Reiki for both on body healing & to use within the body’s energy field to help balance you. I also do sound baths in group settings with a set of crystal singing bowls. Sound baths are a full body meditative experience that help you to relax & release anxiety.
